Patrick is an experienced property professional with a strong foundation in accounting and financial management.
In 2017, Patrick joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Trust Accountant, supporting the Asset Services team with financial and data management. By 2019, he moved into Property Management, overseeing a variety assets such as shopping centres, a range of retail and commercial assets. His portfolio later expanded to include industrial properties for institutional clients.
In 2023, Patrick took on a role at CBRE, managing two office buildings totalling 20,000 sqm and servicing 40 tenants, His background in accounting has been instrumental in delivering high-quality financial reporting and analytics.
Patrick is known for building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, and excels in communication and customer service. He brings valuable expertise in property management, financial systems, and software, and is now focused on expanding his skills in lease negotiation to further enhance his capabilities.
