Meet Jay, who joined the team as Head of Residential Management and Leasing. With his passion for all things in the building industry, he started off being educated as an architect however found his calling upon working in real estate and never looked back. Hailing from Malaysia, he is multilingual and values the importance of communication when dealing with a client’s valuable asset.

As an established property manager, he brings in a wealth of experience and problem-solving skills to the team. He specializes in managing all type of dwellings particularly inner-city Apartments, off the plan builds, and successful relationship liaison among local and international investors alike. Being a landlord himself, he understands client’s needs and will give his all to achieve the best outcomes.

He is known for his friendly personality and work ethics. Outside of work, he is dedicated to spending quality time with his family and enjoys team sports and fitness.
